Requirement

Recently, we were approached by an Ex-BNI Member of the chapter, to shift existing thermostat location and redo conditioning of existing equipment and ducting works.

Challenges

We brainstorm to find ideal solution and overcome challenges.

• Installed units were not operational for roughly 2 years.
• Simultaneous services were working at site, limited access and coordination.
• Chipping and conduiting.
• Restricted timeline.

Solution

Finally, deliver a Solution that solves the purpose & adds value.

• Home Automation – Centralized Thermostat having connection capacity of more than 15 system and Wi-fi connectivity, enabling end user to operate AC with the App.
• Since installed system were Ducted Split Units – Inverter type, proposed solution was much easy to execute.
• Chipping, conduiting and relocation of thermostat was completely avoided.
• With this solution, end user will now have access to more controlling and monitoring feature which were not possible with existing standard thermostat. These feature include scheduling of equipment, timer feature, seasonal control feature etc.
